O ping-pong da pessoa mais velha: (Re)pensar a integração de Cuidados

Background and Aim: This study aimed to understand analyze the experiences knowledge of various health professionals, social area, an informal caregiver on integration care for elderly in a pandemic context. Method: qualitative investigation was carried out which seven participants with distinct but complementary roles essence participated. Data collection through communications seminar “The ping-pong our – (Re)think, (re)build Integrate Care” promoted by Portuguese Association Integrated Care (PAFIC) within scope VIII Value Conference Hospital Administrators (APAH). Results: From participants' perspective, person's path is fundamental, this, it necessary strengthen articulation between National Health Service social. As well as centering person, allied community matrix that leads transformation current organizational model care, change management models have remained unchanged many years. The people's depends not only activity area also conditioned other sectors activity, therefore important assess role civil society can play providing care. Conclusions: COVID-19 allowed reflection older people how partnerships strategies different levels health, social, could be enhanced.
